Stellar Gifting strives to deliver your gift boxes in a fast and efficient manner. We endeavour to deliver your gift boxes as close to your preferred delivery date as possible but if for some reason we are not successful in doing so, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction.

Stellar will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within five working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you; Australia Post delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia. You (the purchaser) will receive an Australia Post tracking advice number, please use this number to track your parcels movements via the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/.

When same day delivery is selected, and a Stellar gift is ordered before 2pm, Stellar will use reasonable endeavours to distribute the order same business day*.

If you or the receiver are not home to receive the gift then you need to pick it up from your nearest Australia post outlet.

Please note: If premises unattended a card will be placed in the post box and the parcel will be transported to the nearest Australia Post Outlet.

Late Deliveries: Refunds will not be given for late delivery. Stellar Gifting will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stipulated delivery time frames. We endeavour to ship your order promptly and without delay. If a delay does occur it is often during transit which it outside of our control. In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us on 0415675871 or email hello@stellargifting.com and we will rectify any issues or delays.
