Where does Stellar ship?
Stellar ships worldwide.

When will my order ship?
You order, we process and pack your order on the same day unless ordered after 2pm. For Australian orders, if ordered before 2pm, we will dispatch your order same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.
For urgent orders that require next-day delivery, please select 'Express Shipping' at the checkout. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any missing parcels or delays in delivery. 

For international orders the standard shipping is 3-10 business days.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 or if you need it next day you can upgrade to Express shipping for $14.95. If your order is being sent to an address in Melbourne, you can have your order delivered same day. This is calculated by distance and this option can be viewed at the checkout after you shipping information has been supplied.

If you’re order is under $99, shipping rates apply. Standard shipping is $9.95 and Express shipping is $14.95. 

When will my Stellar gift arrive?

Standard Delivery: 3-7* days, f

Express Delivery: Next business day delivery Australia wide*, $14.95. Express deliveries are sent via Star Track.

Same Day Delivery: Same day delivery is available for orders delivering in Metro Melbourne. The shipping rate is calculated based on the distance from our HQ (Moorabbin) to the delivery address. All same day orders must be placed before 1pm (Monday - Friday) and 11am (Saturday) to be delivered on the day the order is placed. Any orders placed after these time slots will be delivered on the following business day. Same Day Delivery is available Monday - Saturday. *Delivery to regional areas may vary.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If you’ve made a mistake, contact us hello@stellargifting.com and if your order has not been dispatched we can amend the address. Please note if your order has already been dispatched it is no longer our responsibility but we can attempt to have your order redirected.

I need to ship multiple gifts to different addresses but I don’t want to create multiple orders. Help.
Get in touch hello@stellargifting.com and this can be arranged.

 

GENERAL

My box is a gift. I don’t want any receipts or prices included.
Rest assured, you won’t find any price tags, receipts or packing slips in our gift boxes. We do sell gift boxes after all, so were onto these things.

What will my order arrive in?
GIFTS BOXES; will arrive in a kraft shipping box. Inside you'll find some killer gifts, enveloped in custom Stellar tissue, and sitting pretty in our re-usable Stellar drawer box. Yes you're undies, hair ties and hoards of stationary are already eyeing this up as their future home.

SINGLE PRODUCTS; that do not include a gift box will be sent out in a kraft Stellar shipping box.

When are you launching more gift boxes?
We will be dropping new gift boxes monthly. Keep an eye out and sign up to our mailing list to be in the know.

I’d like my order to arrive on a specific day.
Make a note of this at checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, it may not be too late. Email us hello@stellargifting and if your order hasn't been processed we can ship your order out closer to the specified day. Alternatively we can hold your order and send with Express Shipping to arrive on a specific day. This will incur a $14.95 shipping fee.

ORDERS

Can I update my order?
Our team of gifting experts are speedy when it comes to packing and sending your order, therefore any order updates need to be sent through to us asap hello@stellargifting.com
For any address changes prior to dispatch, contact us immediately hello@stellargifting.com. If your order has been dispatched, please contact Australia post to have your gift re-directed, however, this may attract delays in delivery. For any errors in purchase, we cannot accept order cancellations, changes or refunds once your order has been dispatched or delivered. 
If you have made an error on your greeting card/message, please contact us immediately and we'll endeavour to make changes on the basis your gift(s) have not yet been dispatched. 

Can I view the status of my order?
We keep you posted on all order updates from the moment you place your order right up to when you order is delivered. If you have placed an order but haven't heard from us, you're one in a million (but not in a good way). Check your junk mail and if you have no luck there, contact as immediately hello@stellargifting.com and we'll send you all the updates you've been missing.

Can I use multiple promo codes in the same order?
You can use a voucher and promo code in the same order but unfortunately you can only use one promo code per order.

Can I cancel my order?
Email us immediately for any order cancellations hello@stellargifting.com
You can cancel your order anytime prior to dispatch, however, if you're order has been dispatched, it's all yours. 

 

BILLING

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Stellar accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

Ah! Payment was declined. What can I do?
If you're having some issues with your card but you're sure you've got the funds, we recommend calling your Bank to rectify any issues then pick yourself up and try again.
